The Residence Inn by Marriott on Amelia Island, Florida has 130 suites, all of which will have a kitchen and dining area.  Accommodations will include studios, as well as one and two bedroom suites.  Located within walking distance of the beach on Sandler Road, the hotel, which will have a meeting space for up to 90 people, opened in August 2009.

BETHLEHEM, PA - NOW OPEN

Opened in September of 2009, the Hyatt Place Hotel features 124 guest rooms and suites, as well as a lobby bar and dining area.  Located near the Sands Casino and Lehigh University, travelers can expect the finest in contemporary hotel accommodations at Bethlehem’s newest downtown hotel.

NEW YORK CITY – 1401 BROADWAY

Located at the corner of Broadway and 26th Street, this unique, converted loft building will house 64 upscale, boutique guest rooms and a fine dinning restaurant on the ground floor.  Accommodations include one and two bedded guest rooms with views of Madison Park and the Empire State Building.

DANBURY, CT

Conveniently located at Exit 8 on Interstate 84 the La Quinta Hotel is being completely rebuilt to accommodate 150 guest rooms and suites.  Guests can enjoy the Outback Steakhouse located on site, as well as the lobby bar and exercise facility.  Grand opening is planned for late summer 2009.
